Fee for each additional company representative is 150 EUR.</p> <p>This fee covers customised individual B2B meetings, airport transfer with a group, coffee breaks and lunch on day one, site visits on day two with group transportation, as well as contributes to the overall mission costs incurred by the Chamber.</p> <p>Full payment must be made in advance of the trip and needs to be received a minimum of 30 days before the trade mission departs.</p> <p><strong>Travel package:</strong>&nbsp;The appointed travel agent has put together a competitive travel package which includes direct flights Vilnius-Oslo-Vilnius and 3-night hotel accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis at the&nbsp;<em>Frogner House</em>.
