Board Members of the Norwegian-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce (NLCC) participated in the meeting to review NLCC’s Strategy aimed at making the Chamber more responsive to the needs of its members while continuing to pursue its objective of serving as an energizing and effective network developer and promoter of Norwegian business interests in Lithuania as a priority.

Chamber’s performance in implementing key strategic initiatives agreed last year was reviewed, also some gaps in performance identified with an aim to fill them and refocus the strategic objectives for 2018/2019. This took place in a half-day session held on 11th June in Birštonas at Vytautas Mineral SPA (NLCC Bronze Member) Conference facility.

In the short term, a series of activities, all in keeping with its strategic objectives, will be held by the Chamber including members engagement events in the form of business lunch meetings, workshops, business forum, etc.
The Chamber continues to work hard for its members and the wider business community with its mission “to promote and represent Norwegian business and values, while enabling members to connect, engage and network to accelerate growth”.
