This week we brought together enterprise leaders in Vilnius for the Samurai & Nordic Masters: Process Excellence & Automation Summit, organized together with UiPath, KYP.ai and Norwegian – Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce.

The agenda focused on practical topics many enterprise teams are dealing with today: why AI projects often struggle to generate ROI, how to scale automation beyond isolated pilots, how agentic orchestration with UiPath Maestro creates a unified layer across processes and how to evolve from isolated use cases into scalable, industry-specific solutions.

The discussions around KYP.ai.ai were valuable because they addressed one of the biggest gaps in many transformation programs: companies often optimize processes they do not fully understand. Understanding how work really flows between people, teams and systems is becoming a critical foundation for successful automation and AI initiatives.

It was especially interesting to hear stories of different organisations about their automation journeys:
🔸 Optima Logistics Group S.A. – how they transformed a large scale transport document registration and verification process using their first RPA implementation.
🔸 Cencora – how after the acquisitions with the help of automation they are stabilizing operations and Scaling a Common Operating Model

The room brought together people facing exactly the same challenges every day: senior leaders and decision-makers, including CEOs, COOs, Heads of IT, Heads of Automation and Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, and Process Improvement all working on how to move from automation pilot phase to real operational impact.

Big thanks to all speakers for sharing concrete examples and lessons learned: Andrzej Kinastowski, Janne Sillanpää, Marko Koskinen, Mateusz Ślemp, Zuzanna Pamuła, Michał Kozubski, Henry Ellender, Anatol Brandl and Guglielmo Pinto.

And thank you- the Nordic leaders who joined us! For the questions, discussions, networking and a very good atmosphere throughout the day.
