On the 27th of May, we had the honor to be invited to the Norwegian Ambassador’s residency to congratulate Kjetil Tetlie Hanssen who was awarded the Kloster Lasse award this year. It was a pleasure to thank him for his great afford in bringing good relations and mutual understanding between the kingdom of Norway and the Republic of Lithuania and mark this important occasion altogether with delicious lunch, a warm atmosphere, and interesting conversations.

Stein Ove, chairman of NLCC, felt it had been an easy sell to the other board members to nominate and give the Kloster Lasse price to Kjetil. Everyone had good experiences and felt the price was more than deserved. “Kjetil, you are probably the most dedicated Norwegian in Lithuania and always clear that this is the community you want to blossom. You are a great person who never says no to helping out. Personally, I am very happy to see you get this well-deserved price”, said the Chairman about the award winner.

Warm congratulations to Kjetil from all NLCC community and may thanks to the Norwegian Embassy and Mr. Ambassador Ole T. Horpestad for the warm and gracious welcome!
