On 6th March, the Norwegian – Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce (NLCC) will hold an election for the association’s Board of Directors during the Annual General Meeting. Working with the Managing Director, the Chamber is directed by a volunteer board of 7 members representing a range of businesses and organisations.
The NLCC Board is responsible for setting the Chamber‘s strategic direction, both now and in the future. Each board member must have an affiliation with a Chamber business in good standing. Members of the board meet once per month and actively participate in the planning of Chamber’s annual work program. The NLCC seeks candidates with a passion for the Chamber and who have the time to serve actively. A term on the Board is for one year. No more than one representative per member business may serve at a given time.
If you would like to nominate yourself or an individual to serve on the board, please make your intentions known by completing the NLCC BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPLICATION FORM and emailing it at E: email@example.com no later than Friday, 15th February. All individuals seeking election must be current members in good standing of the Norwegian-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce.
We look forward to your active participation!
