Be Live “Baltic Engineers” Expands and Rebrands as “Be Live” Group
One of Lithuania’s leading players in design, consulting, and construction process management—Baltic Engineers—is evolving into the Be Live group. The new brand reflects the company’s long-term growth, its expansion of services, and its strong commitment to sustainability and digital innovation.
Be Live unites two companies: UAB Baltic Engineers and BE Constructive. Together, they form a group capable of delivering full EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) services. The group also offers general design contracting and independent construction management services to meet a wide range of client needs.
The company has been trusted to deliver major projects such as the Continental and Dovista factories, IKEA shopping centres in Vilnius and Riga, the Apranga Group’s administrative and logistics centre, the MO Museum, and many more.
“We’ve grown beyond a name that reflected only engineering. The greatest added value we now bring lies in delivering fully integrated services—from high-quality design and complex consulting to turnkey project implementation,” says Darius Kvedaras, CEO of Be Live.
Today, Be Live provides a comprehensive approach to construction projects. It develops architectural and engineering solutions, takes on general design responsibilities, and manages construction processes across all project phases.
According to D. Kvedaras, the new name Be Live stands for more than a rebrand—it reflects a vision to create smarter, more comfortable, and sustainable buildings. It captures the company’s values of innovation, efficiency, and responsibility to people and the environment.
The group is especially proud of its strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), which allows projects to be fully developed in a virtual environment before construction begins—minimizing risks and improving decision-making.
Starting with engineering consultancy and renovation projects two decades ago, the company has evolved to deliver over 500 projects across design and construction management.
