NLCC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & DINNER

This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 29th March from 4.00 – 6.00 PM at Hotel PACAI, Vilnius, Didžioji g. 7. Gala dinner at MUROS restaurant from 6.00 – 8.00 PM. This is Your chance to participate in the AGM and get all the essential information of NLCC’s future strategic and financial direction.

Agenda:
* Registration and welcome coffee;
* Welcome by the Norwegian Ambassador Ole Terje Horpestad;
* Election of the Chairman, Secretary, and two Tellers of the Meeting;
* Presentation and approval of a New Director of the Chamber;
* Presentation and approval of the Activity Report 2021;
* Approval of the Financial Statement 2021 and the Controller‘s report;
* Presentation of the Chamber’s Programme & Budget for 2022;
* Election of the Board for 2022;
* Election of the Controller and Election Committee;
* Gala dinner at MUROS restaurant;
