Smoked and lightly cured Arctic char (marinated apples, pickled cucumber, smoked sour cream, Horseradish and baby leaf salad).
Grilled dry-aged pork neck with pepper sauce (onion compote with sour cream, asparagus and potatoes).
Raspberry and pistachio (raspberry mousse, pistachio cake, raspberry gel and pistachio cream).
