Norwegian-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with other Nordic Chambers of Commerce in Lithuania, is organising a one-day regional business trip to Kaunas.
The aim is to visit a few of the most successful Nordic investment companies operating in Kaunas and playing an important role in the region and beyond, as well as to meet the Mayor of Kaunas Mr. Visvaldas Matijošaitis and his team to raise awareness about the business environment in Kaunas.

| 9.30 | Arrival at UAB “Minordija”, part of the Orkla Group (Norway), a leading supplier of raw materials for confectionary and bakery in Lithuania. Presentation and tasting. |
| 11.00 | Visit to UAB “Kitron”, part of Kitron Group (Norway), one of Scandinavia’s leading electronics manufacturing services companies for the Defence, Energy/Telecoms, Industry, Medical devices and Offshore/Marine sectors. Presentation with a guided tour in the plant. |
| 12.30 | Lunch with Mr. Visvaldas Matijošaitis, Kaunas City Mayor, at the “Park Inn” hotel’s restaurant |
| 14.00 | Arrival at UAB “Barker Textiles”, a manufacturer of natural wool and cotton blankets, which continues Finnish tradition, started in 1843. Presentation and guided tour in the plant. |
| 15.30 | Visit to “Volfas Engelman”, part of Finnish “Olvi” corporate group, and its spectacular new educational studio “Volfas Engelman Studija”. Presentation with a tour and beer degustation. |
