The workshop will provide participants with the essential elements of crisis communication. We will:
• Discuss the best crisis communication methods and practice the crisis communication management framework. It could be used to manage from small daily to fatal organisational crises.
• The workshop’s focus is the practical applicability of knowledge through crisis communication using NORDIC and GLOBAL business case analysis.

Crises in life and work are inevitable. The number of crises organisations face has recently increased significantly – organisational challenges arise due to the unstable global economic and political situation, post-pandemic environment and war.
Since the best way to prevent problems is prevention, this workshop aims to provide participants with the essential elements of crisis communication.
Prof. Dr. Vita Akstinaite
Vita is a Co-founder of Infinitus Labs and a Professor at ISM University of Management and Economics, specialising in communication and leader development. She has 10+ years of international managerial working experience and has served as a board member in several organisations. In 2022, Vita has been nominated for the Global Lithuanian Leader Award and won the Researcher of the Year Award for linking research with real-life solutions to deliver high impact outcomes.
Participants are welcome to continue networking and have lunch at the restaurant after the workshop.
