UAB Asgaard Property is a subsidiary of Asgaard A/S, a venture capital investment company owned by the Pretzmann family. It has its roots back in construction and production more than 30 years back in time. After selling of the biggest investment in 2005, Storke Vinduer a/s, Asgaard has been focusing on newer established companies in various industries in many different regions/countries such as USA, Canada, Lithuania, Germany and Denmark.
UAB Asgaard Property was established in 2015 to invest in commercial real estate development projects in Vilnius. Investments so far include Traku str. 14, the Business Factory “B Nordic 26” including B EASY, the Business Center “Asgaard Keys”, and Dominikonu str. 9-11 which currently being developed to a Food Court in the ground floor courtyard and coworking space in the upper floors.
