There always should be something refreshing beginning new year… Therefore, this February, together with our member – SuperOffice – we will start a new series of events, as part of new Chamber’s initiative named “Member to Member Program”.
In the first workshop “What is CRM? – the basics that most lose out on” – we are going to introduce you with the key factors of CRM basics, emphasize its benefits in organising your contacts and collaboration with your business partners, how CRM can help you to be GDPR compliant. Also, we will advice you how to manage your processes, projects and activities in a much faster and convenient way.
Speakers:
– Renata Vasiliauskienė is a Senior Associate in IP & IT and Regulatory Law Practice Group in COBALT. Her main practice areas include privacy and data protection, employment and corporate law. Renata also has an experience in various e-commerce matters, including consumer protection, as well as EU packaging and labeling areas. Before she has joined COBALT, she worked in an international law firm in a corporate practice group.
– Stein Ove Sektnan is a Managing Director at SuperOffice. Stein Ove has 20+ years’ experience in creating partner and customer relationships and today work for the company that invented CRM before it was known. Managing a team of people who love the opportunity of creating a positive customer experience, supporting the sales, marketing and customer service solutions of SuperOffice.
